   Ingredients Ground beef stroganoff:

1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
Hot cooked noodles
   

Ground Beef Stroganoff

How to cook:

Step 1: In a large skillet, cook beef and onion in butter over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.

Step 2: Stir in the mushrooms, flour, garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 3: Cook and stir for at least 5 minutes. Add chilli and Worcestershire sauce according to the taste.

Step 4: Cook the preparation for 10 minutes on lower heat. Mix and stir in sour cream just before serving
